Two attempted break-ins reported in Oslo. In Arbos gate, Majorstua, a person tried to enter an apartment after following a resident. In Parkveien, Skillebekk, a suspect followed a food delivery person and attempted entry when the resident opened the door. Suspect detained in second incident.
