Fire helicopter doused terrain with seawater, but heat activity remains in mountain. Evacuation continues overnight. Patrols with lights and drones will monitor. Travel and drone ban remains in effect.
Analysis
The evacuation has been lifted and residents can return home. The fire department reports the situation is under control and is closely monitoring the area. Traffic and stay bans remain in effect until 14:00 tomorrow in the areas of Sukkertoppen, Tueneset, Hessa, Skarbøvik in the terrain and outside roads and buildings. The drone ban remains in effect until further notice.
