Analysis
An avalanche occurred in the Helligvatnet area between Beisfjord and the Swedish border. Three people were caught in the avalanche - two have been rescued safely and are being cared for, while one person remains missing. Emergency services have deployed air resources but have been unable to deploy ground rescue teams due to avalanche danger and weather conditions. Rescue operations will continue early tomorrow morning when weather permits. The incident involved foreign tourists.
