Satsuki Katayama's political funds double-counted by ¥2 million, used for office expenses. Office claims administrative error.
Finance Minister Satsuki Katayama's political funds were found to have been double-counted, totaling ¥2 million. Funds were used for "photocopier usage and system fees". In response to inquiries from Bunshun, her office stated it was "an administrative error" and that they "take it seriously."
